We oversee all the moving parts—from early planning and selections to contractor coordination, sourcing, and installation—so you don’t have to manage the details. The result is a home that feels cohesive, highly personal, and thoughtfully executed from start to finish.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Phase 1:
The Consultation & Proposal
We start with a series of in-depth conversations to fully understand your project goals. We gather inspiration and define the scope of work and design direction.
Phase 2:
Proposal & Preparation
Using your vision as our guide, we develop initial design concepts, drawings, and space plans that further sharpen the focus.
Our Welcome Questionnaire will arm us with information regarding your lifestyle, routines, preferences, entertaining style, pets, kids, extended family needs, and much more. These details shape every design decision.
Phase 3:
Design Collaboration & Presentation
We refine the concepts into a comprehensive design proposal to include finish selections, textiles, lighting, color palettes, and furniture layouts, along with space plans and renderings.
We guide you through every step–millwork, cabinetry details, drapery, architectural and decorative lighting, stairwork, hardware options, and hundreds of other decisions that all come together to create our shared vision.
Phase 4:
Installation & Reveal
A date is set for the final step—furniture, floor coverings, lighting, decorative accessories, window treatments, and art will be delivered and installed with white-glove precision, welcoming you into your beautiful new home.
Full-service post-installation support is provided to ensure your complete satisfaction.
This depends on your scope of work, but a great way to stay on track is to be prompt with decision-making. We will do our best to be prepared with a finalized design plan before starting a project, but flexibility is a key component of smooth and on-time completion.
We prefer to deliver and install all your goods at one time, rather than in multiple deliveries of a few items. This practice will keep labor and transportation costs as low as possible. Sometimes a few items may not be available at the time of a scheduled delivery; these items will be delivered and installed promptly after they are received.
We schedule deliveries and installations at times when you won’t be home so we can focus on providing you with the best presentation possible without the pressure of a short time window in which to complete our work.
Yes! We’re happy to work with any licensed contractor…working with new tradespeople is how we’ve developed our list of premium vendors.
This is easy! Giving us as much information about your budget as possible at the beginning of a project will ensure that we stay within it. You will approve selections before purchase, including pricing for each item. Understand, however, that tracking your expenses is part of your responsibility as a client.
Please don’t! We’ll provide plenty of options that work for your space in the categories of style, color, size, and budget. If you’d like to shop for furnishings or accessories for certain areas of your home, we’ll leave these areas out of our scope of work.
We will make every attempt to return an item to a vendor on your behalf, but in some circumstances, returned items may have hefty restocking fees or might not be returnable. Please be confident when you give us your approval to place an order for you.
